Sea shell spiral

Looking for something spiral for this week Macro Monday mini-theme, this shell ended up being me model. I used blue background, one of selection of sheets I printed especially for my macro work, but the resulting image just makes me think more about vacation and calm walk along the beach. Now, with winter coming around here and the depressing darkness of the evenings after time change yesterday, I feel like skipping town in favor of somewhere when sun stays out so I can enjoy the evening.
