Autumn abstract

Fall, even late fall, is particularly good season for my favorite nature abstracts. Just as it is good for black and white, depending on the subject. If there is even a hint of colors, especially contrasting colors, abstract is in order. So was the case with those leaves filling up the side of the lake in the local park. Just a week ago, they were still colorful and floating on the surface. But when I finally got down to photograph them, all was left was the dried, browny mass. So I changed approach, and using the strong wind that day, created this abstract of two colors- warm of leaves and cool of water.
