Dying flowers

While I pack and get ready for my vacation, just a quick post. I bought some tulips to invite a bit of the spring which doesn’t want to come here into our house for Easter. It was also great photographic subject for more than a week, and then they started to fade. Most people would just threw away the dying flowers, but I thought they are still beautiful subject to photograph. I think the texture and really deep colors on the petals only now showed up, making the image even more interesting than freshly cut.
