Baby blue eyes
I was watering my small flower bed in front of the house a couple of days ago, and I noticed those tiny buds. What is it with flowers and plants, that just a few drops of water change the appearance and visual interets, regardless how colorful and full of texture and shapes they are?
The flower bed is quite crowded, thus the strange crop to make sure the stems and leaves of other plants do not disrupt the frame. Also, the tall fram accents how tall the flower is, this plant dominates the bed, at least for now.
Anyway, a day later, they turned into flowers, baby blue eyes (Nemophila menziesii) are called, I think. A great subject for another evening.
