Bats

While in Smoky Mountains National Park, we took a bike ride around Cades Coves. It was a stop at Tipton Place when my husband decided to stay outside rather then visit the interior. No wonder, there was nothing in there, except…. I called him when I saw the small fury creatures sleeping at the ceiling. The reason was he was carrying the tripod in his backpack, and I wanted to take the picture without the flash, not to disturb the bats sleep. There was three of them, those two together, and anther further apart.
