Above Iowa

The most exciting moment of the Sunday Pumpkin Splat was taking aerial views around the airport. They are part of the gallery slide show on the Green Castle blog. And some which were not related to the event, are going to show up on blog. I really enjoyed taking them, and did far better job then a year ago, and two years ago. This time, I had a window open, so there was one layer less of “fogginess”. With the humidity in the air, they are blurry enough. It was quite windy up there, so I had hard time keeping the camera steady. And it was almost impossible to keep it and try to focus at the same time. Something I need to work on some more. But it was such a great experience, that I cannot wait to do it again.
