Holiday food – Kutia
Christmas and whole holiday season is full of cooking and preparing of traditional Polish and American food for us. Those dishes tend to be colorful and have great texture for photographs, all you have to do is find time and get yourself to do something else then eating. I did spend a little time in my studio in last two weeks, photographing some of those dishes.
Kutia is made on buckwheat and poppy seed base, with walnuts and almods, and some honey to keep it all together. Very filling, for a dessert,
it is an Easter Poland tradition.
