Neither here nor there

Nature around here is waking up to life, I think, it just happens so slowly. The first green on the grass became noticeable just last weekend, after warm spring showers. I actually saw trees blooming downtown Iowa City today, but meantime, in the parks it is still overwhelmingly yellow, orange and brown. And only haze on the horizon in blue tones and black bare trees contrast with that.
