Emerging beast

Last year, Burlington, Iowa had its own airshow, Southeastern Iowa Airshow. We went after work on Friday to see both night performance that evening and additional Saturday morning. It was really cold for late September night, we were freezing fingers in low 40s. It was all worth it.

Matt Younking was performing in his Twin Beacch (or Beechcraft B18) that night, as well as the next day. I took this photograph when he was finishing off his show, generating the smoke and emerging from it to greet the audience. Do you see his waving hand? I missed it myself when I picking the image from the series to post.
