Fireworks in town
Now, it was a successful evening. This time, we decided to photograph fireworks downtown. To have some background, not only the bursts of light. We did extensive location study, ending up … in the middle of the traffic lane on the bridge. Not perfect, but usable. And this time, we were well prepared- I think I read about 5 tutorials, as everybody and their mother just needed to write something on “how to..” on their blogs. Two pieces of advice came handy- tripod, obviously, and … remote release. Man, I love this thing. Not only was I able to more carefully choose what and when I was shooting, but I could shoot and watch the show. Big kudos for my husband for making this last minute purchase.
Between two of us, we took about 350 photos, so we decided to put a gallery representing that evening keepers. One photo on blog just wouldn’t do it.
