Pepper Compote

Another image from my cook book project. One of really early ones. I actually find the close-up, detailed pictures far more interesting then the pictures where we tried to get whole dish. Those just did not want to come all that interesting. We need to work some more, maybe try some shallower depth of field or creative backgrounds? I have no idea.
Anyway, I like the picture because of the play of red and yellow colors, it just looks so energizing. And this hot-dog condiment was just delicious.
