Skyline through the doors
When I saw this scene, I knew I had to use HDR to show it all. Yes, I probably could have tried to blend exposures, but masking the small rectangular windows to reveal the view of New York skyline was just not that appealing. So HDR it was. Even very careful processing generated some blue halos, but I hope I was able to remove them all. What I don’t understand is why the chromatic aberration tool is not working on tone-mapped tiff image neither in Lightroom, nor in Photoshop. Any ideas, anybody?
On the side note, I shot it in New Jersey rail terminal, now a starting point of Statue of Liberty trip on the New Jersey site. I liked both the interior of the old building and the view outside on The City.
