Sunset on the Cherokee

After playing with new Photoshop 5 HDR processing for more then half of a year, with mixed effects, I decided to process todays image again in Photomatix. I am still using a previous version, my budget cannot justify buying update for “recreational” tool. But I feel like the effects are more to what I want and I have more control, or simply experience in what I am doing, it is more intuitive. Although I had to remind myself, how the sliders work, and the landscape HDR article by Tom Till in February 2011 issue of “Outdoor Photographer” was a great help. After tone mapping, a little bit of adjustment brush to finish it off in the Ligtroom, and here is- sunset and a Cherokee.
